 While our trading buy is still under scrutiny, within the continued short term market weakness we see many anecdotally encouraging signs that tell us two things; that this should not be the beginning of a new, deeper down draft, and that the odds for a summer rally remain higher than average, at least before we may find new reasons for big concern.
